This site is operated by Memorable Green - Unipessoal Lda, trading as EcoDomeHomes, a company registered in Portugal with the Commercial Registry under single registration and tax number (NIPC) 518951618, share capital EUR 10,000, with its registered office at UAlg Tec Start, Incubadora da Universidade do Algarve, Campus de Gambelas, Pavilhão B1, 8005-226 Faro, Portugal. We are the controller of the personal data described below.
When you use the price calculator. To unlock and save an estimate you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or a one-time code sent to your email address. We collect your name, your ZIP code, your email address, and the estimate you built. If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, that provider tells us your name and email address; we do not receive your password.
When you contact us or subscribe. The inquiry form collects your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, your country, and whatever project details you choose to give us. The newsletter form collects your email address.
When you chat with Ines. Ines is an AI assistant, not a person. What you type, and the replies, are stored as a chat transcript so we can follow up and so you can pick the conversation up later.
Automatically, and only as the cookie banner allows. Four measurement services record how the site is used:
Marketing is always separate from the thing you came here for. You can get an estimate, save a quote, or receive a reply without agreeing to any marketing at all.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada or Brazil, we send you marketing only if you checked a box asking us to. That box is never pre-checked and is never a condition of anything.
If you are anywhere else, including the United States, we tell you plainly at the point where we collect your details that we may email you, and you can stop it whenever you want. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
We record what you were shown and what you chose, including the exact wording you saw, the date and time, and a shortened form of your IP address such as 84.91.22.x. We keep that so we can demonstrate that anything we sent you was properly permitted, and we hold those consent records for as long as we might need to rely on them.
To withdraw consent, click unsubscribe in any email we send, use the preferences link on the pricing page while you are signed in, or email us. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing and does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.
We do not currently send marketing text messages. If you check the text message box on our contact form we record that permission, but nothing is sent unless and until we operate a registered business number for that purpose.
These service providers process personal data on our instructions under data processing terms:
Transfers outside the EEA. Where a provider is in the United States, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where that provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in the provider's data processing terms.
We never sell your personal data, and we never share it for anyone else's advertising.
Inquiry and estimate data is kept for 24 months after we last heard from you. Chat transcripts are kept for 24 months after the conversation's last message, then deleted. If you become a customer we keep what the contract requires, and whatever Portuguese law obliges us to keep, for as long as it obliges us. Consent records are kept as our proof of permission. Analytics data follows each provider's own retention settings.
Our cookie banner, powered by Klaro, controls every measurement service listed above except Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
In the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Brazil, and the US states that require every party's consent to recording (California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Washington, Maryland, Massachusetts, Illinois, Montana, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Nevada, Oregon, Delaware and Michigan), and anywhere we cannot tell where you are, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and our own site statistics do not load at all until you accept them.
Elsewhere, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity start in a cookieless mode, and our site statistics run, until you make a choice. Cookies are set only after you opt in, and if you decline, they stop.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline of all analytics and session recording, whatever the banner says.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link here and in the footer of every page.
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child under 16 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of its sale or of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as described above. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below; we do not require you to verify your identity to opt out. We will never treat you differently for exercising them.
