EcoDomeHomes is a trading name of Memorable Green - Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal with the Commercial Registry under single registration and tax number (NIPC) 518951618, share capital EUR 10,000, registered office UAlg Tec Start, Incubadora da Universidade do Algarve, Campus de Gambelas, Pavilhão B1, 8005-226 Faro, Portugal ("we", "us"). These terms apply to ecodomehomes.com in every language version. The English text governs if a translation differs.
You may browse this site and use its tools for your own information and for evaluating a possible project. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Browsing, using the pricing tool, signing in, saving an estimate, sending an inquiry, joining the newsletter or booking a call does not create a contract to design, supply or build anything, and does not commit you or us to anything.
Prices, estimates, timelines and specifications shown on this site or produced by its tools are indicative only. They are based on general assumptions, cover the build only, and exclude taxes (including IVA/VAT), land, permits, transfer and registration fees, agent commissions and other closing costs unless stated otherwise. A real price depends on your site, design, local code and the partner contractor's quote, and is only binding when set out in a signed written contract.
Any reservation, waitlist place or expression of interest is non-binding on both sides unless a signed written contract says otherwise. If a signed contract is made at a distance and you are a consumer, it will set out your rights, including any right of withdrawal, before you are bound.
We design homes and coordinate projects. Construction is delivered through licensed partner contractors in the relevant jurisdiction, under their own licenses and contracts, which will be identified before any build contract is signed.
Performance statements on this site describe design intent and the standards our designs target. They are not certifications, ratings or guarantees of any particular outcome for a particular home. Permitting, insurance and financing decisions rest with your municipality, insurer and lender. Images and videos labeled as AI-generated are concept visualizations, not photographs of completed homes.
The content of this site, including text, designs, images, video, logos and the EcoDomeHomes and M45 names, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, adapt or use it commercially without our written permission. Our airformed shell system is the subject of a Portuguese utility model filed with INPI (No. 12464).
This site links to and uses services run by others, such as our booking calendar and sign-in providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, and we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information or estimates on this site, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. You can file a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, and consumers in Portugal can use the alternative dispute resolution entity listed in our footer.
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date below, is the one that applies to your use of the site at that time.
