This site is operated by Memorable Green Unipessoal Lda, trading as EcoDomeHomes, a company registered in Portugal under tax number 518951618, with its registered office at UAlg Tec Start, Incubadora da Universidade do Algarve, Campus de Gambelas, Pavilhão B1, 8005-226 Faro, Portugal. We are the controller of the personal data described below.
When you use the price calculator. To unlock and save an estimate you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or a one-time code sent to your email address. We collect your name, your postcode, your email address, and the estimate you built.
When you contact us or subscribe. The enquiry form collects your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, your country, and whatever project details you choose to give us. The newsletter form collects your email address.
Automatically. Three analytics services record how the site is used:
Marketing is always separate from the thing you came here for. You can get an estimate, save a quote, or receive a reply without agreeing to any marketing at all.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada or Brazil, we send you marketing only if you ticked a box asking us to. That box is never pre-ticked and is never a condition of anything.
If you are anywhere else, including the United States, we tell you plainly at the point where we collect your details that we may email you, and you can stop it whenever you want. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
We record what you were shown and what you chose, including the exact wording you saw, the date and time, and a shortened form of your IP address such as 84.91.22.x. We keep that so we can demonstrate that anything we sent you was properly permitted, and we hold those consent records for as long as we might need to rely on them.
To withdraw consent, click unsubscribe in any email we send, use the preferences link on the pricing page while you are signed in, or email us. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing and does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.
We do not currently send marketing text messages. If you tick the text message box on our contact form we record that permission, but nothing is sent unless and until we operate a registered business number for that purpose.
These are service providers acting on our instructions, not independent recipients. We never sell your personal data, and we never share it for anyone else's advertising.
Enquiry and estimate data is kept for 24 months after we last heard from you. If you become a customer we keep what the contract requires, and whatever Portuguese law obliges us to keep, for as long as it obliges us. Consent records are kept as our proof of permission. Analytics data follows each provider's own retention settings.
All analytics cookies, including those set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, require your explicit opt-in consent via our cookie banner, powered by Klaro. No tracking cookies are placed until you actively agree.
Before you make a choice, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity run in a cookieless, anonymous mode that collects only aggregate, non-identifying signals. Cookies are set only after you opt in.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Manage consent" in the cookie banner, which is always accessible at the bottom of the page. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and runs without requiring consent.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of its sale or of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will never treat you differently for exercising them.
